PEI amounting 5,000 distributed today, December 18, 2023

The executive department’s employees received today, December 18, 2023, the Productivity Enhancement Incentive (PEI). The incentive is mentioned to be part of a series of bonuses for government employees along with the Service Recognition Incentive (SRI). PEI amounting to Php 5,000.00 is said to be distributed uniformly to all employees of executive agencies, GOCCs, and other departments.

DepEd teachers and other government employees may also receive their yearly Productivity Enhancement Incentive (PEI) in addition to the PBB. The PEI amount is not fixed, despite what several web sources have claimed. Instead, the sum is determined by the amount of savings made and approved by the national government to finance the PEI. This implies that depending on these variables, the amount you receive will change.

Productivity Enhancement Incentive (PEI) 2023 aims to inspire public employees to increase their productivity output. As such, it increases the quality of public services among government offices and agencies.
