The typhoon may also bring rains and gusty winds to the Cordillera Administrative Region (CAR), Ilocos Norte, Cagayan, Isabela, Quirino, Aurora, and Catanduanes. Meanwhile, the Southwest Monsoon (Habagat) will bring occasional rains to MIMAROPA, Western Visayas, the Negros Island Region, and Zamboanga Peninsula.
Typhoon INDAY may also cause cloudy skies with scattered rains and thunderstorms over the rest of the Ilocos Region, Central Luzon, Bicol Region, Nueva Vizcaya, and Quezon. At the same time, the Southwest Monsoon will bring cloudy skies with scattered rains and thunderstorms to Metro Manila and the rest of the country.
