Civil Service Commission – The Civil Service Commission (CSC) announces the results of the August 2026 Civil Service Exam (CSE) 60–70 days after the eligibility exams. In order to meet the growing demand for government employees in the Philippines, CSC offers the Career Service Examination-Pen and Paper Test (CSE-PPT) twice yearly for Professional and Subprofessional levels.

According to the CSC, 220,395, or 89.81%, of the 245,396 registered professional-level examinees took the test across active centers. Meanwhile, 20,577 test takers, or 89.19% of the 23,072 registered applicants, chose the subprofessional level. Overall, 240,972 out of 268,468 registered examinees nationwide (89.76%) participated in the 83 testing centers where the exam proceeded. Due to inclement weather from the southwest monsoon, the CSC suspended the exam in 67,255 registered applicants’ testing centers across the National Capital Region (NCR), parts of Region IV-A (Batangas, Cavite, Laguna, Rizal), and the Cordillera Administrative Region (Baguio, La Trinidad, Abra).
