The Department for Education‘s Head of EdTech, Sir Mark Anthony Sy, has announced the televised virtual in-service training (VINSET 3.0) for public school teachers, which will take place from 8 to 11 August 2022. Participants in this Virtual In-Service Training 3.0 will receive 15 CPD units.

Enrollment Keys for Registration in VINSET 3.0 (Virtual In-Service Training 3.0)

You can watch the virtual In-Service Training directly in DepEd Youtube Channel, Facebook Page, or Learning Management System or click here. However, you must register for this training to recieve or be able to download your Certificate.

Note: The DepEd LMS will open the Virtual INSET 3.0 Course on August 8, 2022.

All private and public school teachers, including parents and students, and all EdTech enthusiasts can access the training with enrollment keys for registration to VINSET 3.0. Below are the various Virtual INSET 3.0 registration keys that can be used by interested participants. Here are the ways you can register for VINSET 3.0 (Virtual In-Service Training 3.0):

DepEd LMS > DepEd Commons > DepEd DLMS

  1. Go to https://lms.deped.gov.ph and find your region at the top of the site. Then, select your respective Schools Division to redirect to your DLMS or Division Learning Management System.
  2. Click DepEd Commons Teachers.
  3. Wait for the DepEd Commons website to load. Choose to sign in with your Google Account or Microsoft Account.
  4. Enter your credentials and allow DepEd Commons to use your account.
  5. Click on the home page of the site and find the professional development category.
  6. Click on the Virtual In-Service Training 3.0 course.
  7. Enter the registration key and click “Continue”.

For DepEd personnel without DepEd Email, Private School Teachers, Parents, Learners and others

  1. Go to the LMS website (https://lms.deped.gov.ph) and enter your login credentials. You may refer to the list of DepEd LMS direct URLs below.
  2. Click on the home page of the site and find the professional development category.
  3. Select Webinar Series 2022 in the subcategories.
  4. Click On-the-job virtual training Course 3.0.
  5. Enter the registration key (if necessary) and click “Continue”.
